Epic Season Pass vs Local Season Pass

The time has come… Do you purchase the Ikon Pass or the Epic Pass

This year the Epic Pass went down in price by 20%, while the Ikon pass continued to increase. The price of the Epic Pass is remarkable, and it will have some skiers revisiting their season pass buying decisions. Currently, the Epic Pass is on sale for $799. and the Ikon Pass is $1,049.

As for Colorado Resorts, the Ikon Pass and Epic Pass are fairly evenly matched. Some Coloradans purchase both passes, but many decide to just buy one and use it to its full potential. To compare the passes kindly go here

When choosing a ski pass the most important thing is to buy your season pass based on the ski resorts you love. Do you love the local feel of Arapahoe Basin? Are you hooked on Vail’s large terrain?  Or does your family enjoy Copper Mountain, as this mountain is great for all abilities…

Either way you choose, I know you will have a great season as we are expecting plenty of snow! Yes, I would expect this year to be busy, due to the lack of traveling last year with covid restrictions, but our ski resorts are massive, and you can always find areas of fresh powder and smaller lift lines!
